Introduction

We all know there has never been more need for counsellors and therapists than now. But the reality is that the high of qualifying can quickly wear off when you realise there's something they didn't teach you - how to actually get going with your practice.

Before I became a counsellor, I ran my own interior design company, so I was already familiar with running a business and all it entails. Things like pricing, admin, marketing and sales. It came in handy when I qualified as a counsellor and set up my business, and in the first three months, I gained ten new clients.  Within six months, my practice was full.

My peers, seeing my success, started asking for my help. The more conversations I had, the more I understood the challenges people were coming up against. They needed help setting up their business in the right way (in terms of ethics and regulations) but also needed to do it in a way that allowed them to stay true to themselves, their beliefs and values. They needed support pricing and structuring their offers so they could make money and create a long-lasting career (and this is often uncomfortable, as you have to get past charging people who are struggling and really needing help). And they needed help putting themselves out there, getting clients and retaining them beyond that initial session.

So. I took all I knew and packaged it together to create The Flourishing Therapist Framework, now lovingly known as TFTF.

Delivery

Delivered over six weeks (this one’s a sprint, not a marathon) via 15-20 minute pre-recorded trainings and a workbook for you to complete. You can watch these trainings any time, day or night.

You can work through the content fast and take dynamic action, or take your time and absorb it all. Each week, you'll receive new information for you to work through.

We will meet every fortnight for an hour on a group Zoom call. During these sessions, we’ll discuss any challenges you’re having and find solutions together that work for you and your business. The six-week framework will take place in a private Facebook group where you can askquestions and get feedback from me and the other select group members.
