How long do sessions last?

Individual counselling sessions last for 50 minutes.

Couples counselling sessions last for 90 minutes

How much do sessions cost?

Monday - Friday

08:30 - 16:00

Online or in my therapy room in Eridge

 

Individual - £65

Couples - £80

Monday Evenings

19:30 - 20:30/21:00

Online or in my therapy room in Eridge

 

Individual - £100

Couples - £125

I choose not to work at weekends.

How often is a session?

Counselling sessions are weekly or fortnightly on a regular time slot.

We will arrange a regular time to meet during our connection call or initial assessment.

What shall I do if I need to cancel a session?

Send an email or text as soon as you can if you need to cancel your session.  If it is less than 24 hours before the start of your session you will be expected to pay for the full session.

I have returned to face to face work for those who are happy to do so. If you prefer to work online, I can continue to support this too.

Which service is right for me?

Counselling tends to be shorter term and focuses more on one specific issue.  I would typically look at how that issue is presenting and what can be worked on to make it easier to manage or resolve.

Psychotherapy tends to be longer term, with a deeper goal of looking at recurring patterns in your life and relationships up to this point with the goal of changing unhelpful behaviours that may be holding you back.
