Reaching out for help and support can feel awkward and daunting; I'm here to make that contact feel as safe and comfortable as possible.


  • Maybe you're feeling anxious due to rising living costs, your job or lack of job, upcoming exams, parenting challenges or not having a focus or path forward.

  • Potentially you're afraid of the future, retirement, the end of a relationship or a divorce.

  • Maybe you feel constantly guilty about how you spend your time or who you spend your time with.

  • Or perhaps you're feeling overwhelming sad due to the death of someone you love, a divorce, losing the future you though you had,

  • Perhaps you have no idea what is wrong but you feel angry at life and everyone around you.

  • Maybe you've managed to escape a controlling relationship and you want to come to terms with what's happened and how to move forward.

These are the kinds of challenges I can help with.  I manage a variety of presentations, both recent and long-lasting.  Typical presenting issues are stress, anxiety, relationship problems, anger-management, depression and loss. There will often be several presenting issues at the same time.
